Privacy Policy

PocketPutter is a fully offline iPhone app. It does not collect, transmit, share, or sell any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

Camera

The app points your iPhone camera straight down at a golf ball and analyzes your putting stroke. Every camera frame is processed entirely on your device, in real time. Video frames are never uploaded and are never stored, with one optional exception below.

Slow-motion replay

If you turn on the optional slow-motion replay feature, the app keeps a short video clip of your most recent putt temporarily on the device so you can watch it back. This clip stays on your phone, is never transmitted anywhere, and is replaced or discarded as you continue putting.

Your practice data

Your putt history, sessions, drill scores, and settings are saved only in local storage on your phone. This data never leaves your device and is permanently deleted when you delete the app.

Purchases

PocketPutter Pro is an optional upgrade sold through Apple’s App Store. Purchases, subscriptions, and free trials are processed entirely by Apple — the app never sees or stores your payment details, and Apple’s own privacy policy governs those transactions.

Data we collect

None. PocketPutter has no servers of its own, and it gathers no information about you.

Children

Because the app collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
